As you can see it is still being developed but in the meantime I’ll be adding stuff regularly so please spend time finding out about the work I do – business development, training, workshops, coaching and mentoring, facilitating meetings, business training videos – and if you are interested, please get in touch.
There are two new articles you might be intetrested in – Essential Planning for Profitable Businesses and Do We Run Our Business from the Bridge or the Engineroom. Have a read and let me know what you think.
I am continuing my work in the Pacific as part of the Pacific Business Mentor Training Programme – in the last twelve months I have been to Samoa, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Cook Islands, Tonga and PNG. In each country I am working with a group of small business owners to help them learn new skills and tools to develop more effective busineses. The challenges are huge but the determination is also huge. It is a fantastic privilege to be able to do this work – I am off soon to PNG again then we start in Fiji. Keep an eye on this site for more information. The recent visit to Samoa was our third and it is great to see businesses growing and employing more people.
An exciting development for me is that I have joined the learn.fast training team as a director. Watch this space for more information but here is a typical day long programme of one hour workshops.
